Description

Pears are extremely rich in folate, vitamin C, copper, and potassium. Great source of fiber . Mint is also rich in nutrients and adds a unique flavor to this delicious smoothie!

Directions

Step 1

In a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired. Serve and enjoy!

1 ¼ coconut water

2 ripe pears, cored and chopped

½ avocado

2 cup baby spinach

1 cup parsley or cilantro 

⅓ cup fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

ice cubes, as needed
