Description
Mango is a great source of dietary fiber and vitamin B6. Mango is a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C. With the addition of matcha and ginger this makes for a great metabolism boosting and anti-inflammatory smoothie!
Directions
Step 1
In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
2 ripe medium mangoes, pitted and flesh scooped out
1 medium frozen banana, roughly chopped
1 packed cup kale
¾ teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice, to taste
2 or 3 ice cubes
