This is a personalized coaching journey customized to meet your unique needs. Wholesome You
Package
Duration : 6 month package - 2 sessions/month
This package is designed for you if you’re wanting to go really deep into your health. It’s a 6 month commitment with 12 sessions and is a personalized journey to uncover what truly nourishes and energizes you. Together, we’ll explore your unique needs through functional testing, discovery diets, and listening to your body’s signals as well as your intuition. We’ll create a sustainable approach to health that helps you become the best version of yourself.
